How do I provide association financial reports to homeowners?

JellyBird publishes a limited financial packet automatically to the mobile app each month for the homeowners.  It includes the balance sheet, income statement, and income statement summary.  Homeowners can review this information each month by choosing Documents and Financial Reports from the side bar menu, found by tapping the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top left corner of the mobile app.
