Where can a resident find the deed restrictions?

The deed restrictions for your community can be accessed through the Jellybird HOA mobile app. After logging in to the app,  navigate to the “For Homeowners” tab, click on Governing Documents. The community deed restrictions will be located amongst this list and may be labled CC&R’s, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions or something very similar.
