The vendor should connect with your Association Coordinator and they will need to complete the JellyBird Master Service Agreement, provide a W9 and Certificate of Insurance. That documentation will then need to be reviewed and verified before we can hire a new vendor to work on the property. These documents help protect the community from legal claims and ensures that they are insured and protecting the community’s interests.
What documentation do I need to get from a vendor in order to hire them?
