As a Board member, you have access to see open items for an owner in the mobile app under “Violations Review” in the sidebar menu.  Search the owner name or address in the search bar near the top of the screen.  By tapping the right arrow in the top right corner of that owner’s information, you’ll have access to notes and attachments.  In attachments, you can see the most recent letter sent to the owner and review the picture of the item noted in the letter.  Use this information to direct the owner on how to comply with the notice.
