How can an owner find the Deed Restrictions?

The deed restrictions for your community are housed in your homeowner portal located on your association App. After logging into the JellyBird App, click on the 3 lines at the top left corner, select ‘Documents’, and then click ‘Governing Documents’. These are typically labeled as CC&Rs, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, or something similar.
