To view the assessment due date as well as their individual account balance the resident must login to the Jellybird HOA mobile app. Once they have logged in they shoudl navigate to the “For Homeowners” tab and click on the “Billing Cycle” tab. Here they will find all relevant billing information including the current assessment amount, due date(s) and billing frequency.
How can a resident/Owner verify when the assessments are due?
