Sometimes this can happen but not to worry! Inquiries submitted via the Message Center on the Jellybird mobile app are addressed directly by the Association’s board of directors whom also are the final decision making entity. For matters related to a specific Owner’s account or for any decisions which require board consideration always make sure the board has reached a majority consensus on how best to proceed before providing this response to the resident. In the event the resident indicates dissatisfaction with the response/decision and wishes to discuss further, you may offer the resident an opportunity for a hearing before the Board wherein they can personally engage with the directors during an upcoming meeting to further discuss their specific request. What if a resident does not like the response they were provided to their inquiry/request submitted via the Message Center? Who has the final say/decision making authority?
